Every piece is handcrafted in our workshops by our artisan jewellers.
- Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or its original packaging.
- Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth or cotton bud using mild detergent
- Avoid harsh chemicals to prevent scratches or damage.
- Polish with a 100% cotton or microfibre cloth to restore shine and remove light marks
- Minimise exposure to perfumes, lotions, and heat from saunas to preserve finish and quality
We process all orders within 1–4 business days, with delivery taking 7–14 business days after that — a total delivery time of 8–18 business days. If something's not right, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
