We recommend removing jewelry before swimming or showering to keep it looking its best for longer.

ORDERING
Browse our collection, select your item and size, and check out securely online. You'll get an order confirmation by email right after.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States and to select international markets. International shipping availability and rates vary by location. You can check if we ship to your country by entering your address at checkout.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Note that processing time (1-3 business days) still applies before shipment.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click the tracking link in the email or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see real-time updates on your shipment's location.
Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your order ships. If it's been longer than that and you still don't see updates, contact us at info@adorsy.com with your order number.
First, check with neighbors or household members, and look around your delivery location. Sometimes packages are left in less obvious spots. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us at info@adorsy.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our website for current offers.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Email us at info@adorsy.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a return label if applicable. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get what you want as quickly as possible.
For standard returns (change of mind, didn't like the product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Contact us immediately at info@adorsy.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. We want to make this right as quickly as possible.
